Cancellation Policy

All party deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit has been paid, your date is reserved exclusively for you and we may have turned away other bookings for that time.

The remaining balance of the party fee is also non-refundable once paid, unless we receive at least 30 days’ notice before the party date.

If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds may not be possible, we will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests where availability allows.

Lateness

If you are running late on the day of the party, please let us know as soon as possible. The ability to extend or delay a session depends on several factors, including whether we have other bookings afterwards or if the venue has a strict schedule.

Where possible, we can take steps to shorten or adapt the session so that the party can still go ahead. However, we cannot guarantee that lost time can be made up.

For this reason, we recommend ensuring guests arrive promptly so everyone gets the best possible experience.

Allergies and Sensitivities

We take allergies and sensitivities seriously and will always ask for this information during the booking process. We will ensure that workshop ingredients and any party bag contents provided by us are suitable based on the information shared.

It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian in charge of the party to check with other parents or carers about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical requirements, and to inform us in good time before the party so we can prepare accordingly.

Late notice may limit our ability to make changes.

Photos and Consent

We may occasionally take photos or short videos during parties. This will only ever be done with permission from the parent or guardian in charge, and only for the specific children they have authorised.

From time to time, we may also invite guests to be featured in our marketing, including our website, advertisements, or digital displays. Written consent will always be requested in advance, and participation is entirely optional.

No images or footage will be used without clear permission.

Payments

A deposit is required to secure your party date and is payable once your booking details have been confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week before the party date.

You do not need to have your final party choice confirmed at the time of booking. All party types are priced the same and can be changed up to one week before the party, subject to availability and suitability.

Full details will be provided during the booking process, and payment links will be sent once everything is agreed.

In the unlikely event we need to cancel the booking, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
