Bath & Body Parties Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Brighton Rock Workshop and Whipped Soap Parties. By submitting a booking enquiry and or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Bookings and Contract Formation

All bookings are subject to availability. A binding contract is formed only once a deposit has been paid and booking confirmation has been issued by us.

We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

Party type selections can be changed up to one week before the party date, subject to suitability and availability. All party types are priced equally unless otherwise stated.

Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one week before the party date.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once the remaining balance has been paid, the total party fee is non-refundable unless we receive at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the party date.

Where cancellation occurs within 30 days of the party date, no refund will be issued.

Requests to reschedule must be made in writing and are subject to availability. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling, this cannot be guaranteed.

Lateness and Session Timing

If the client or guests arrive late, the session may need to be shortened. We cannot guarantee that lost time can be recovered.

The ability to extend or delay a session depends on venue restrictions and other scheduled bookings.

No refunds or partial refunds will be given due to late arrival.

Allergies, Medical Information, and Sensitivities

The parent or guardian in charge of the party is solely responsible for informing us of all allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or additional needs relating to any guests attending.

Information must be provided in sufficient time to allow us to prepare accordingly. Late notification may limit or prevent reasonable adjustments.

We cannot accept liability for reactions or incidents arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

Supervision and Behaviour

An adult responsible for the party must remain present for the full duration of the event.

The parent or guardian in charge remains responsible for the supervision, behaviour, and welfare of all guests at all times.

We reserve the right to pause, modify, or stop activities if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or poses a risk to participants or staff. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

Photos, Video, and Media Use

Photos or videos will only be taken with the consent of the parent or guardian in charge.

Written consent is required for any images or footage used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing.

Venues and Third-Party Locations

Parties may take place at private homes or third-party venues. Where a third-party venue is used, their rules and policies must also be adhered to.

We accept no responsibility for venue-related issues beyond our reasonable control.

Additional venue or travel fees will be confirmed in advance where applicable.

Products, Materials, and Finished Items

All materials and ingredients used are suitable for the intended activities when used as directed.

Finished items are created for personal enjoyment and are not intended for resale.

We cannot accept responsibility for misuse of finished products once the session has ended.

Liability and Insurance

We hold appropriate public liability insurance.

Participation in activities is at the client’s and guests’ own risk. We will not be liable for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by proven negligence.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, severe weather, venue closure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will aim to offer a full refund or rescheduling where possible.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in place at the time of booking will apply.
